Q. What is your return policy?
A. Our return policy on all open-box products is 7 days, and we do charge a restocking fee of 15% on all returned open-box products. Brand New products are only returnable if unopened. We do not provide any warranty for accidental damage.
Q. What is the condition of an open-box product?
A. We list all products with a condition description on each product page. For total transparency, we do open all products in store for inspection prior to purchase.
Q. What is your warranty?
A. All Brand New products carry a standard one year manufacturer warranty, all open-box products include an in store 90-day warranty for all manufacturer defects, but not for accidental damage or for signs of use.

A. We are at located in the Emerald Design Center in Tempe, AZ at 8425 South Emerald Dr. #103 Tempe, AZ 85284. Located in the parking lot with Brooklyn Bedding and AVEDA.
